Woodflow products are tested and proven in everyday real life lumber production applications for adaptability by lumber professionals. Each component is built with modular flexibility so that it can be seamlessly integrated into nearly any manufacturing environment.
Smart Stacker
The Woodflow modular stacking system consists of right-angle transfer conveyor (optional) and Smart Stacker. Material travels from in-feed conveyor onto Smart Stacker. Built in sensors measures width of each board and automatically adjusts to neatly stack random widths without human assistance onto Smart Stacker’s lowering lift table. Once desired pack height is reached, packs can be removed from lift table via forklift.
